The NJ Turnpike Interchange 14A Improvements project earned an Award of Merit for ENR Regional Best Projects! In association with engineering firm Gannet Fleming, M&E Engineers performed MEP engineering for the Toll Plaza facility.

Two of our projects were awarded NJBIA's New Good Neighbor Award. Unilever earned the award for the positive impact the redevelopment of their North America Headquarters had on the local communities and overall economic landscape of New Jersey. The Frank J. Gargiulo Campus of the Hudson County Schools of Technology also won the award, which has been referred to as 'the gold standard for technical high schools across the country'. M&E Engineers provided energy/solar consulting and commissioning services for both projects, plus we were the Pay for Performance (P4P) partner and helped the projects receive significant incentives.

M&E Engineers has won two ‘Best Of 2018’ awards by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal. The first is for the Unilever Headquarters in the Best Green Project category, with the second being the Verizon Headquarters in the Best Engineering Project category.

The Montclair State University School of Communications and Media, the combination of two buildings, totaling 87,521 sq. ft. was certified Silver LEED BD+C: New Construction
