M&E Engineers provided engineering services for renovations to an existing microbiology lab that is classified at Biosafety Level 2. M&E performed an analysis to determine whether the existing systems met the negative airflow requirements and observed airflow readings. Mechanical and electrical design was provided to correct issues found during our investigation, including replacement of existing VA terminals and exhaust fans as required.
