CAMPUS RENOVATIONS
M&E Engineers worked with Rogers McCagg Architects on the transformation of this 106,000 sq ft school campus, including lighting and HVAC upgrades resulting in energy savings.
Projects included new high efficiency gas fired hot water boiler, new roof-top and split air handling systems, modification and retrofit of existing hydronic heating system, new ATC control system, lighting up-grade, dedicated outdoor air systems, and variable refrigerant flow systems.
M&E also provided engineering design for laboratories, including exhaust via fume hood and extraction arm systems, as well as acid neutralization, photography dark rooms, emergency eye wash/shower stations, and lab sink facilities.
