LEED PLATINUM

This renovation of a graphite mill on the shore of a wild and scenic river now serves as an office and educational space for the Musconetcong Watershed Association.

The project achieved a LEED Platinum rating under LEED for New Construction.

Open loop geothermal system, high efficiency lighting, and a solar PV System all helped achieve 16 of 17 energy points.

Composting toilet and grey water systems were installed, which contributed to a 65% reduction in water use.

M&E provided all MEP engineering and utilized Energy Modeling as a design tool, which predicted a 35% reduction in energy use. M&E managed the vast majority of EA, WE, and IEQ credits and managed the commissioning process.
